Crafting Unique Jewelry with Love
My name is Ky, and I am the creator behind Crystal Beehive! I started this business in 2022 after learning how to wire wrap from an elder at a Native American Trading Post where I was working at the time. The passion to create jewelry blossomed from wire wrapping, to wire weaving, to later learning to silversmith in 2024.
My obsession with rocks started at a very young age. I did a lot of growing up exploring the mountains, playing in rivers, and traveling to new places, all the while looking at rocks every step of the way. I began working with their metaphysical properties around the age of 16 to help balance out my energy.
Creating jewelry has kept me sane throughout my journey in college. I graduated in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Urban Ecology with a minor in Environmental Studies and Sustainability. I am currently pursuing a Master's of Science in Geography and working to reconstruct the paleoclimatology of the Bear River Basin.
