Custom orders:

To create a custom order, navigate to the "Customs" tab. You'll begin by purchasing a stone, which will give a gemstone # in the listing title. Once your purchase is complete, you can begin designing your custom jewelry. When the order is filled out and paid for, I will look it over. If I have any questions or logistical concerns, I will reach out. I want your piece to come out as best as it can! The current turnaround time is 1 week for all custom orders.

Returns:

I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you do have any concerns regarding your order, please reach out. I always strive to give the best experience, and I will do my best to work with you!

Shipping Policy:

Items that are already made will come with a tracking number sent to your email. These typically ship out within 1-5 business days. USPS Ground Advantage is used on all packages, which ensures 2-5 business day delivery (subject to change with weather delays on the USPS end) as well as shipping insurance up to $100.

Custom orders currently have a 1 week turnaround time and will ship out after 7 business days. These will also come with a tracking number sent to your email. I certify that all of my items are securely packaged and safely bubble wrapped before shipping. While I am not responsible for any damaged or lost items caused by USPS, please reach out if you do have an issue with your order.
